In addition, the hybrid ball mill is especially suitable for cell wall breaking and DNA/RNA collection. The ball mill can simultaneously grind, mix and homogenate two 0.2-20 ml samples, while for cell breakage, up to 10-192 samples can be operated at the same time. Due to the high efficiency of the high-throughput tissue grinder, the sample can be disposed in a very short time without significant heating up. Therefore, most materials can be ground and mixed at room temperature.
Grinding principle:
By oscillating in the horizontal direction of the grinding tank, the inertia of the grinding ball produces a huge energy impact on the arc surface.
